Title: Maiden of the Flowers

design for this 1.8m sculpture was adapted from a small 1920’s glass statuette made by Lalique. Created as the centrepiece of a large garden, the slender figure with her floor length braided hair has an echo of fairy tales about her. With eyes closed she breathes in the fragrance of the flowers she holds in her arms, lending a sense of tranquillity and peace to her surroundings.
