A pair of large boulders set at either side of this small park’s entrance, each with a sawn face carrying a message of welcome, and each carved on its rough back with a range of common wildlife. The text, carved by the artist’s son, reads: “Welcome to this green open place - cool air rustling through the trees - new life -  breathing space.”
